Discover Your Inner Calm

At Tree Hugger I am passionate about the benefits of yoga and what it has bought to me over the years, I would love to be able to pass this on and help you find a form of movement and relaxation that you too will enjoy.

Both my Hatha Yoga and Yin Yoga are gentle and restorative aimed at helping the body to move with more fluidity whilst calming the mind with breathwork and meditation. Each class is built around nourishing the whole body and mind through gentle movements, breathwork and mindfulness.


I teach weekly classes in Pulloxhill Village Hall and hold events at the Happy Body Project in Wilstead where I collaborate with other therapists to create beautiful gatherings that differ each time.

I can also offer one to one Yoga classes aimed at targeting areas you would like to specifically work on either in your own home, Pulloxhill Village Hall or in the luxury of a Yurt within the Happy Body Project.

I also practice Holistic Therapies such as Reiki, Reflex Zone and Indian Head Massage, these are all beautiful treatments aimed at working alongside your yoga practice or equally beneficial as stand-alone treatments.

Yoga can provide a space for us to disconnect and let go of the things that are not serving us in the present moment. While therapies like Reiki, Indian Head Massage and Reflex Zone can have a soothing effect on our senses, promoting relaxation and reducing stress. It’s all about creating a harmonious balance between our mental, emotional and physical well-being.

I have learnt throughout life that you should Pick up the things you love, put down the things you don’t and in order to be able to do this we need to practice allowing ourselves that time and space in which to do so.
