I am passionate about sharing the practice of Yoga with you. I offer a range of gentle and restorative classes to meet your unique needs and preferences. Each class is designed to help you build strength, flexibility, and endurance, and to promote relaxation, stress relief, and inner peace. 

By embracing things that bring us joy such as practicing yoga and engaging in relaxing therapies such as Reiki and Indian Head Massage we can achieve a balance that enhances both our happiness and our well-being.


Yoga can provide a space for us to disconnect and let go of the things that are not serving us in the present moment. While therapies like Reiki, Indian Head Massage and Reflex Zone can have a soothing effect on our senses, promoting relaxation and reducing stress. Its all about creating a harmonious balance between our mental, emotional and physical well-being.


I have learnt throughout life that you should pick up the things you love, put down the things you don’t and in order to be able to do this we need to practice allowing ourselves that time and space in which to do so.


Why not try a beginners gentle class in Yoga or book yourself a treatment .


Holistic Therapy


My Reiki practice is hands on and hands off (meaning that I will make contact with the body to create heat and connect with chakra points).

Reiki promotes relaxation and balance by detoxing the chakras giving an overall sense of wellbeing and allowing the mind to calm. I carry out my Reiki at The Happy Body Project in Wilstead either in one of their beautiful therapy rooms or for an extra immersive experience within one of their serene Yurts.
